Master Class for GSU Students

GSU hosted Gagik Makaryan, the head of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia, who ran master class for the university students.

Mr. Makaryan introduced the foundation history of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia, its mission, the main directions of activities and cooperation spheres to the auditorium. The speaker touched upon the employers demands, enumerated the outlooks that the employer should correspond.

Mr. Makaryan stated that university plays an important role in the relationship between the employer and the university graduate, as they have necessary specialists for the employment market.

“Realistic approach is needed to evaluate your own abilities and to show the knowledge and skills required by the employers”-added Mr. Makaryan.

He introduced the prerequisites for the entrepreneurial family business and small, medium business management, as well as he showed the problems of employment support for disabled people.

Referring to the youth employment problems, the head of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia exhorted the students to be demanding to themselves, to accumulate knowledge regularly, to be always occupied with self-education, to be developed , to have professional, linguistic and technical competence.
