The University is a Private University, has a three-degree educational system:

- Nursery school (Kindergarten),
- School, and
- University

Level of qualification: Two stages of tertiary university level higher education of Armenia
Bachelor and Master Degree

Mode of study: Full-time, Part-time

The University has two faculties:

Philological, which offers courses in the following professions:
1. Armenian language and literature
2. Foreign languages:
a) English
b) French

Economical and juridical, which offers courses in the following professions:
1. Economy and Management of Enterprises
2. Law
3. Information Tecnologies

Financial aid is offered to students who are otherwise unable to pay their tuition.
The University cooperates with foreign educational and research centers, different local and foreign organisations, organizes student-exchange programs. Lots of work-shops, seminars and conferences are held in the University on various educational and professional subjects.

The teaching staff of lecturers and professors includes the best specialists in the region. The University has up-to-date technical equipment (audio, video, Internet service, computer center and specialized laboratories). Students from our University and other Higher Educational Establishments and organizations can borrow books from our rich library.

The university owns a publishing house where many text-books, course materials, and scientific articles are published. Since 1998 the newspaper “Anania Shirakatsi” has been published (registered with The Ministry of Justice, N:1166, 18.12.98). It is an effective outlet for the students’ creative talents and work.

The “Yeritasard Shirakatsi” NGO functions within the framework of the University and the goal of the organization is to develop students’ general level of knowledge.
