European University in Armenia
The European University (formerly known as the European Regional Academy of Education) was founded by the Armenian Government in collaboration with OWZ Bayern, Germany, European Academy Bolzano, Italy, Career Development Association, Armenia, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lyon, France, and the French University in Armenia in 2001.
Located in Yerevan, the university has branches in four cities including Gyumri, Vanadzor, Ijevan and Gavar.
The programs of the University are in line with the requirements set forth by the Bologna Process. They were initially created by the Technical University of Berlin and later developed by the specialists of the Consortium of European Universities and Educational Centers led by the University of Marseille 2.

Education
The European University’s curriculum consists of 11 bachelor's, 10 master's and 6 postgraduate programs. The programs are designed to educate competent specialists and cater to the needs of different industries. International students comprise approximately 20 percent of the student base.
