The Polytechnic's traditions and the vision upon which it was founded make the university distinct. Since 1933 the university has trained 125 000 graduates, with 8000 young adults currently studying at the three institutes and four departments of the university.
From mathematical modeling and optimization of complex structures, nanotechnology, and mechanical engineering to materials science, energy engineering, and microelectronics, the National Polytechnic University of Armenia enables students to delve into the curriculum of the future. Education
The university has three institutes and four departments. It offers international students eleven degree programs – all taught in English. A preparatory course is also available. Now over 80 international students are earning their degrees at the Polytechnic.
Career
The Polytechnic has links with over 175 partner institutions and research centers around the world. It cooperates with global corporations including Synopsys, National Instruments, Microsoft, Kaspersky Lab, Autodesk, Magate, Cronimet Mining, Impex High Tech, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Beeline and RosAtom. Many of these companies have their labs across the campus and conduct joint training programs. Students have an opportunity to complete their internship at these and other tech companies in Armenia.
